A Louisiana-based industrial client required heavy-duty tarps with highly specific grommet placement patterns that standard manufacturing processes could not accommodate. The project demanded precision engineering to ensure the tarps would perform reliably in demanding field conditions.
The client needed 43 identical tarps, each measuring 12 feet by 20 feet, constructed from 18 oz rip-stop vinyl fabric in black. The critical requirement was a complex grommet configuration that varied across different edges and included a centered reinforcement band—specifications that required custom tooling and meticulous quality control.

Our Solution
H-PRO's manufacturing team developed a custom production workflow specifically for this project. Working closely with the client, we created detailed technical drawings and prototypes to validate the grommet placement pattern before commencing full production.
Our facility implemented specialized tooling to ensure consistent grommet spacing across all 43 units. The 3-inch spacing on one edge required particularly precise measurements, while the center reinforcement band added structural integrity for heavy-load applications. Each tarp underwent rigorous quality inspection to verify dimensional accuracy and grommet strength.
The tarps were packaged in heavy-duty PE bags and palletized for secure transport to Louisiana, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition and ready for immediate deployment.

The client received all 43 tarps exactly as specified, with every grommet placed according to the custom configuration. The rip-stop vinyl construction and reinforced center band provided the durability needed for their industrial application.
